As Cindy's 18th birthday approaches, Rappy musters the courage to attend and confess his love for her with the help of his uncle godfather who assists in his apparel selection. During the festivities, all guests don masks, leaving Cindy unable to distinguish Rappy as they dance the night away. Hastily, Rappy leaves at the stroke of midnight to attend to his ailing mother, leaving behind a shoe in his wake.
